Our Medical Social Workers and Bereavement Coordinators make themselves available for the patient and the family in the process of Hospice Care, and after the passing of the patient. We offer various placement options ranging from Residential Care Facilities, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Retirement Communities. These placements are offered at NO-COST to the family. It is our duty to assist our patients and families every step of the way in finding the perfect place to meet their care needs. Assuring comfort in every process by eliminating any difficulties families may have when it comes to placement. In addition, providing a peace of mind to the families that their loved ones are in the safest and best communities. NUERA Hospice continuously visits and checks on these communities assuring they provide the highest standards and excellent quality of care.
